How the Agreement Works
When you submit your song, you grant LA Underground Radio a direct license that allows us to stream the submitted music without additional royalty payments from LA Underground Radio.
Supporting the Platform
Direct licensing helps reduce operating costs associated with running the station. This allows us to invest more resources into streaming quality, audience engagement, promotion and advertising that may help participating artists receive greater exposure.
Creating Access for Independent Artists
We believe access to quality music should not be limited only to artists with major financial resources. Independent musicians should have a place where their music can be discovered, heard and appreciated.
Operating a radio station requires continuous work, technical resources and ongoing expenses. Direct licensing helps us maintain a community platform where independent artists can be found more easily.
By submitting music, you confirm that you have the authority to grant the applicable rights described in the submission agreement.
